Refund policy
At Luxe Bandita, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing Issues
As all products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing errors. Please double-check sizing charts before purchasing. If you need help selecting a size, feel free to reach out prior to placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after being placed. Because of this, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in production.
Shipping Issues
Luxe Bandita is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.
