Shipping policy

At Luxe Bandita, all products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment process. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or unforeseen production delays. Luxe Bandita reserves the right to adjust processing times at its sole discretion.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is complete:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Luxe Bandita is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with third-party shipping carriers to deliver your order. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Luxe Bandita is no longer responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues.

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All purchases made from Luxe Bandita are subject to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. Luxe Bandita is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and coordinate with the carrier as needed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • Luxe Bandita is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or is delayed in transit, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Luxe Bandita may assist at its discretion but does not guarantee resolution or reimbursement.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

  • Not included in product or shipping costs
  • The sole responsibility of the customer

Customs delays are outside of Luxe Bandita’s control and may extend delivery timelines.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. Additional shipping charges will not apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Force Majeure
Luxe Bandita shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier interruptions.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Bandita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to shipping delays, delivery failures, or lost or damaged packages.
